Employ more people
Employ more people that use English as their first language.
Answer calls with in five minutes.
Remove scripts from in front of staff.

Hi @fedupfred Very good in theory but some staff need scripts. However a good plan is to come to this forum with any non account related issues and I am sure someone will be able to help
