Impossible to get any thing useful either from your website or by phone.  Ridiculously long waiting time and a website that seems designed to be circular and keep taking you back into the same pointless loop of noninformation.  Totally useless.  Highly frustrating.  Shambolic

In case you are not aware this is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself.

There are some knowledgeable people here that may able to answer your question as long as it's not account related 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Agree.  I suggest sending any questions etc. to their complaints email, 'complaintreviewservice@o2.com'.  Add that you are complaining about the poor methods available for communicating easily with customer service.
