I would like to pass on my experience with Faisal of Business Customer Services. I rang up to increase my data tariff on my phone and Faisal went out of his way to get me the best tariff at the the lowest cost to me. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile for me and would be grateful if my positive feedback could be passed on to his Manager(s). Thank you.
Lover of all things Samsung. Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128gb

Couldn't agree more @Cleoriff. I must admit I've been very lucky with CS and have never had a problem. But then I rarely ring them which may explain why joy
