I’d paid off my recent phone with o2 and wasn’t keen to refresh as I’d saved up to buy my phone outright. I’m always tempted to switch to Vodafone and EE but I always find the o2 call centre one of the best - yeah I’d to wait longer to get through but I’ve now moved to sim only and got - get this - unlimited texts/calls and 150gb for a £20 and Disney plus for a year free - fantastic deal and done all in 5 - 10 minutes on the phone - really impressed and overall I’ll save money 🙂

Yeah it was too good to ignore. The staff are so great on the phone too - I assume all remote working - never had a bad experience with the call centre to be honest

They need to because their device costs and tariffs with devices suck big time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
