Coverage, Texts and Eurpoean connectivity

Not applicable

Hi

Has anyone else experienced poor to terrible service in southern Spain.

Full bars on the signal, so seemingly no signal problem.

But Texts wouldn't send.

Voice calls breaking up.

I just don't recall having this problem before and wonder if negotion with Euro parters, now O2 is Telephonica, has changed the SLAs O2 used to enjoy.

Many thanks

Peter

Telefonica has owned o2 for years.
When was the last time you went there?
Probably just a congested network anyway.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous I go to Southern Spain every 6 weeks or so and have never experienced any of the issues you mention.   No I lie. One day I had a problem and it was a network issue. All good within 24hrs though

Same here I travel from Malaga down to Gib, and have never had any issues as the op has reported.

Sounds like Movistar may have a problem with a mast.

@Anonymous where in Spain are you having these issues?
