Cooling off period

Got a new phone last week.  I also use it as a medical help to connect to a blood glucose device. After messing around for a few days trying to get it to connect have discovered this is not a compatible phone to be used with my diabetic device.  Could I still return it as I've been using it for almost a week??

When looking for a compatible phone for your needs, make sure the phone you choose is NFC (Near Field Communication) capable.
