About 6 months ago, after having poor connection issues locally with EE, I moved all four of my families sims over to O2 as we have an O2 mast 100 yards away.

Everything was great initially, but soon, despite having a full bar of 4g coverage, the mobile internet has been woeful, that's for all four sims on four separate devices.

Checking the service status for our local mast it has been acknowledging issues for about 4 months, but it never improves.

Is this grounds for cancelling a contract because we simply are not getting the service we pay for? I know the T and C's do not guarantee connectivity, but surely if its down to a known local fault we have a right to expect it to be fixed within a reasonable time frame, and 5 months does not seem reasonable?

@jonstone

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
