Hi

 

I've cleared the balance of the account, my phone, yet my phone is still not working. 

 

Also, you as a company have twice now cancelled my call to you!!  This is inadequate and extremely frustrating. 

 

I've been a customer of yourselves for many years and this is the thanks I get???

 

I want a response and my phone working asap, I am not pleased with your customer support at all
