I want to give the biggest of compliments to Sean Farrelly who helped me massively today as I was sent in circles and let down with other customer service advisors. 

This man went above and beyond to help and even emailed me so I could send an update or request any further help. 

Honestly one of the nicest people to speak to and get help from. He was pure brilliant. A valuable member of your staff. I wish everyone was as helpful and as cheerful as Sean was. Hopefully this compliment can reach the right department and Sean receives some acknowledgement. Brilliant man! Thanks so much Sean.
