It seems complicated just to send a comment to O2, when I do not really expect an answer.

For the 2nd or 3rd monthly email for my bill I try to click on "Go to O2" to get to my bill quickly; but I get a response from my system: "414 Request-URI Too Large" so that I have to login separately via the O2 website.

Perhaps this should/could be remedied.3-5-18 16:00

I presume this is on your mobile @dirnik? Luckily for me I have never had that problem on mobile or PC....

I regularly get "requested URL too large" on the forum when using Safari.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Apologies for the late reply on this one. I'll raise this with the billing guys to see if its a known issue.
