I will not pay one penny for a call barred contract fix it or cancel it now. I have walked round for 3 days with the wrong number now I have the right number but can not make any calls had enough fix it.

You need to get in touch with customer services by calling 202 or 0344 809 0202 (assuming you are on a contract), OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG).
