I can’t make or receive calls at present can someone offer some advise as this seems to
be the only way I can get through to yourselves???

Hang on for a fix as there is a major network outage currently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Glad you put that Chardy1 - same issue here in Hull, hoping for a quick resolution as this phone is my business and I have to be able to make and receive calls. Issue started for me around 3pm today.

Chatted with a customer service on live chat and she was trying to calim that it is a planned outage of the network
