Purchased a new phone around 9months ago from O2 to use priority and it doesn't work with the app when using a business account.
So far I'm paying for your overpriced ****** services with non of the benefits.
The signal is also terrible.

Priority works fine with my o2 Enterprise Sim card, and I know quite a few people in the office who use the Greggs offer!!
I have a Voda Business eSim that doesn't let me access the Voda Rewards..
So what issues are you having when trying to login to Priority, as all it looks for is an o2 number?
