I got a call from 02 they said they are giving me 40% my 2 phones ,she told me the 2 numbers and also my bank details and wanted me to give details of my card as I had to pay 1p and the details would be on my doorstep tomorrow.sgecwas asking for codes ,I got messages from 02 with these codes.after all this got emails nothing about the discount for the phones ,but a contract for an iPhone for over 1600 which I never agreed to.i phoned the fraud team  02 they said it wasn't them .I can't see how it can't be,if the phone and emails are coming from them ,and it's on my account.i was told to send the phone back if it still comes.hiw can they not trace there staff from doing this.

It's a well known scam.
Forward the scam number to 7726 - It's free.

Change your O2 password too and any others that use the same details.
Notify your bank if you haven't done so already.
