Yep many people have mentioned this regaridng the phone.
If you also type in on google c902 speaker problems there are many people on there also having simular issues.

You will need to get it repaired at a SE center, Carphone warehouse repair center, phoning o2 or taking it in to a o2 shop.

Welcome to the o2 forum as well

Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.

The problem isnt with o2 and its hardly fair to blame o2 for this.

O2 are only supplying you the airtime for the network. If you have any major issues then i would take it up direct with SE them selves, they made the phone.

Its not what you may want to hear sorry, But I would suggest speaking again with o2 and see if you are able to swap the handset to a different make. The c905 isnt any better in terms of relaiability to the C902.

Sorry
