I have been in a queue for 1hour and 20 mins!! What the hell is going on. Has o2 ceased trading or got rid of all of its staff. The dumb thing is they have no one on e online chat either.
Makes you wonder if they really want you're business.
Please change your crappy music if you're gonna make people wait this long. I'm off to buy from EE

There appears to be a phone problem tonight - We're hearing many complaints about this unfortunately.

What an absolute nightmare over the past few days of people trying to get through to CS. If we work on my 'staff shortages due to holiday' holiday theory.... I dread to think what it's going to be like over the weekend?
