Hello I was informed that the tech issues on your website and app would be rectified overnight, but I’m still unable to pay my bill. Please can you tell me if I can do this over the phone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes we expected a fix overnight but you are the 3rd today to indicate it's not fixed. There are various ways to pay here Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract) but if the bill paying platform isn't functioning then it's doubtful if any other method would work?

@Martin-O2any news on a fix?
