Bill increase

i was going to leave O2 last year but they offered me a good deal of £13 as I was out of contract. The recent Bill increase has added £4 a month, which I believe to be a ridiculous amount. Has anyone else experience this problem? I'm not going to pay £17 as I could get a new contract for that price.

Are you sure, the increase is nowhere near that much?

It's 1.1% so on £13 it's about 14 pence. wink

Not necessarily...I'm thinking 12 months sim only deal with a retention discount on top.

After the 12 months the discount expires and the price goes up....but would need a bit more inf to know for sure, Also on my O2 there should be adjustments confirming this.

If that's the case it would be normal to go back to the correct price after 12 months, they just need to get a new deal.

The RPI is only a few pence increase, if the £4 was a discount then i thought the sim only deal was for £16 a month not £17 or am I wrong

There could be charges on the account for other usage.
Without seeing the account details we wouldn't know.
