Banbury Manager, what a unhelpful individual

Today had the unfortunate experience dealing with the O2 shop manager in banbuty. The man is totally incompetent and then lied to cover up

Hi

No one should endure bad service especially from a Retail Outlet.

I hope you get some resolution from either filling in the complaint form or ringing Customer Services on 202.

Good customer service should be a priority and it's a shame if you felt it was lacking. Complain if you feel it's warranted.
