I've been a customer with O2 for over 15 years never had any issues until today while trying to arrange my upgraded phones whichbi messed up in the end because the member of staff wasn't interested because aparently they don't deal with it i have to do it all and I didn't know what to do properly so I got it all wrong and sent to another store and.in her words..
"We don't make any don't make anything doing what your doing and we have targets to meet"
This being that I arranged for a better deal by phoning customer support and having the phones sent to store for click and collect..she then asked how much I got the deal for and I said, i can't say(jokingly) and she said why not? I did tell her what it was all this while she was eating..?she was completely awkward and unhelpful I looked at my partner and thought WTH this isn't good..
I dont expect staff to jump through hoops But I expect a little bit of help and understanding in my situation never doing an upgrade before its not my fault shops dont make anything off me by upgrading online to collect in store. I probably won't be back there...but the customer service at Braehead in Glasgow is miles better Iqree helped me pick new upgrade but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so I went to my hometown of Ayr hoping for the same support but it didn't happen😔
