I recently poached by this company from o2 because they wanted me.to pay less money I agreed and now found it to be biggest mistake ever made the company leave you you with no legal rights whatsoever ever its really a bad company to be with after 1 week I have no legal right to cancel contract without paying them my whole 3 yr contract this has to stop abusing people like this from the minute you sign

No sympathy here, as long as people keep doing stupid things over a cold call then these companies such as plan.com or aerial direct who are business service providers, will continue to exist.. 

A simple rule is never agree to anything over a cold call, and if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is..

 

Your only line of complaint is a mis selling complaint to the company or try the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service..

@gman317893 Ariel is, unfortunately, one of O2's so-called 'trusted partners'. We haven't a clue as to why.

This is a customer community, and the only suggestion I can offer is that you lodge a formal complaint: 

How to Complain | Help | O2 Within the link is another for Resolver, which is an independent complaints service. You can try that route, but there's no guarantee they'll be able to help.
