Anyone else have issue with O2 Live suport

So ive been told multiple times now that my returned device would be cancelled, spent another hour and 30 minutes yesterday just trying to get 2 incredibly simple things done, cancel the contract on the returned phone, get my number since my phone for whatever reason doesnt have a number on the sim (no idea how), was told it would be sorted within 24 hours, its been longer than that, device still isnt cancelled. Its an Iphone so I cant do anything with it because I have no number to make the apple ID, so its literally useless, been without a phone for around 2 weeks as a result of things taking absurdly long.... anyway thats a rant

Anyone else had issues similar to this?

You can text Number to 2020 to get your mobile phone number. 

 

They don't tend to print  numbers on Pay Monthly sims anymore.  

 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call again, as we can't access anyones account on this customer to customer forum.
