Hey guys,

I’ve always wondered, if o2 get contact from the police or other agency body requesting subscriber details for ‘illegal’ activity.

Would they cut off the services to said user for breaching usage policy? slight_smile

@LW687 I would think it would depend on what the breach was. If it was a serious offence, then the answer would probably be yes.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@LW687

There's no need for them to wait for the police to tell them.

O2 will cut you off directly if they think you are going against the T&C's.

@MI5 so if they didn’t cotton in before of any illegal activity. It’s safe to say that once they have contact from the police, they’ll more than likely cut you off?

Interesting..
