No problem at all @Toby
I was in Thailand when the 4.3 update was released for the S3 and I downloaded and installed straight away. We all know the issues with that release, so much so that Samsung withdrew it days later. It more or less made the phone unusable despite a couple of factory resets and over-heated alarmingly. The phone was fairly new and ruined by the update.
I ended up acquiring the Note 2 from the Samsung store in Thailand to use on my 5 month sabbatical. I'm not installing lollipop over there for sure but if it's released while I'm in the UK and people aren't having problems I might install before I go again mid April.
