I was called by someone claiming to be from O2 and offering 40% off. I was fooled for a while as I've had similar genuine calls from Virgin. I made the mistake of giving them a code and they changed my password. I realised my error and hung up and changed my password. Looking at my account I cannot see anything wrong, there are no orders placed.

Do I need to take further action? I reported the numbers to 7726

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
