Contracts don't expire they move to 30 day periods, if they did thousands of people would be complaining of being disconnected.

Ring them on 202 to cancel it or ask for a PAC if you want to move the number elsewhere.

Using the PAC will cancel the contract.

The page to use for compaints is here, but I doubt you have any justification: http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

So you've only noticed now, six months later that you're still being charged?

You can see how to cancel here:

http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774/high...

You can make a complaint using this link:

All of this was right in front of you.

Your complaint will bear no fruit as O2 have done the right thing as your minimum term has passed so the contract carries on a rolling 30 days until you decide to cancel so you have no grounds to complain as its in the terms & conditions that you signed up to when taking out the contract
