My son who works for our family Business Is going to Thailand on holiday this Sunday for 3 weeks.

He has a rest of the world pass on his tariff I noticed that just says  £0 on  our bills - but he has never been out of Europe lol

.

Just  before Christmas one of our employees took their phone to New York for a long weekend and I capped their rest of the world pass at £10 or whatever it was (I can’t remember  tbh - he did reach  the cap one day - he is a youngster like my son - God knows what these lot get up to these days -  but I know on one day he lost calls or text or something? for about an hour till it rolled over).

I would rather my son (as he is my son) not to be without a phone whilst in Thailand.  Just saw that there is a 30 day £99 rest of the world bolt on…anyone got any advice? What would be the best option?  although my son is 23 he has ADHD and dyspraxia and he’s not very good at fiddly stuff as I think friends of his  are planning to buy some SIM cards in Thailand or  something but I’d rather he didn’t.  He’s also quite good at losing stuff in general which is one of the reasons why I want to make sure he has a phone all the time so any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated thank you…

@Clairp1973 Take a look at this thread which has answers provided by @jonsie, who is our community expert on Thailand: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/My-O2/Travel-bolt-on/m-p/1737906

As far as your son's medical and social issues are concerned, that wouldn't be O2's responsibility, and this is a customer to customer community that O2 doesn't monitor. No one here would be able to advise you on that.

You are best ringing business customer services, as I know on the Enterprise version it means the costs for data and calls is included in the ROW bundle, as we have used it across for the globe for many years... But SMB is different...
