After starting a new upgrade contract and receiving new SIM cards I performed a sim swap on both the phones attached to the account. They both seemed to go smoothly until no one could get in contact with me either by calling or text message. When they try to contact me a message says the number is not recognised. I’ve had the same number for years. I am able to call people and they get my number come up. They just can’t call me back
