Hello,

 

I had to go overseas for a while and since then my sim has not been able to activate on roaming.

I am unable to call the UK numbers ( for O2 support) because the roaming on my sim is not active.

 

Calling from Europe is pretty expensive and the COVID lockdozn hqs pretty much shut ALL support via online chats

 

I have already rebooted the phone, removed and re-inserted the sim.

 

How can I get the sim working again so I can make calls again?

You'll have to call O2 to enable your roaming.

Hi there @mjdes , it's been a few days since you posted about your roaming issue. Did you manage to get in contact with customer service, e.g. via Skype as mentioned above? Did everything get sorted for you since then?
