First call O2 to activate it on your account.

Next turn it on in your MyO2

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

i need a number I can dial from a landline

i find it really difficult to find things like this on o2 website

its as if they don’t want contacted.
