GPRS calls massive charge

We have an O2 business account with two contracts, each offering a 20GB data allowance.
Today, upon reviewing our bill we were shocked to discover recurring charges for GPRS calls amounting to a total of £829.00.
It's particularly surprising because my partner primarily uses our home wifi network, additionally, it's odd that these charges frequently occur around midnight (00:00:00).
Our data allowance resets on the 11th of each month. Despite this we noticed charges for GPRS calls starting from March 12th which is the first day of the new data allowance period.
We have never encountered issues like this before and have never exceeded our data allowance.

I can clear up one point as billing charges are updated at midnight which explains the timing

The dates I can't explain but you say you have never exceeded your data allowance

It looks like the charges are for internet use rather than calls because of the amount of data used each time

Possibly streaming movies or large downloads?

It's best you speak to your business manager on 8002 for a full explanation to be honest

Normally, those charges refer to additional data usage if you have gone over your inclusive allowance. 

The day's usage is added together and charged around midnight

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi @ILHALL Unfortunately, we haven't resolved the issue yet, and it doesn't appear that O2 can assist us with it.
I will keep you updated if we find a solution or receive any useful info.
