I have just rang you and been informed that I need to complete  an online form to have my phone unlocked. Where do I find that form?

Hi @Anonymous All info in this link. Unless it's an iPhone 7 you could unlock via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Use the link in your MyO2 under "manage my device" or see the community written guide here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-ca...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If it's an iPhone 7 then you will have to pay off your device plan first as they won't be unlocking the device for at least 6 months which is normal
