Additionally. the iPhone 6 isn't officially supported for wifi calling yet, although it may work on some accounts.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can't have both Tu and wifi calling.
It's one or the other I'm afraid.

If you've transferred or upgraded your phone and number it could take a few days to reregister your number on the system so it may be a case of leaving it a week. 

Other than that, delete the app, reboot the phone and reinstall. 

If still a problem call 202 and ask to be put through to the TU team
