Hi @Anonymous If wanting to upgrade your tariff then do it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you have any problems then give CS a call 4445 payg or 202 contract..

I'd go with MyO2 but it does depend on what you want to change from and too?

Well you can increase it to a higher, more expensive one, but not decrease it to a cheaper one.
