Hi,

I am currently using an esim and need to give my phone in for repair. I've been told I need to factory rest the device before handing it in for repair, which will wipe out my esim.

What's the process to transfer my esim back once the phone is repaired? Can I use my existing esim QR code? Thanks

@ntharm

You can use your existing QR code up to 3 times on the same phone.

If you get a different phone back, you will need a new esim pack from O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
