Hi, 

 

l am not receiving calls on my iPhone, they are simply just not coming through either as a call or voicemail so I have no idea I am missing a call at all. This has resulted in me missing a GP appointment I needed. Can this be fixed or looked into?

Try turning off voicemail temporarily to see if it helps Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901 

Also check your area for issues O2 Service Status
