iPhone Xs Poor 4g Signal Quality

iPhone XS has the worst reception of any previous phone or devices ive owned.

Poor browsing speeds, phone calls dropping the list goes on. 

 

Is this software/hardware/network issue? Any way to help fix this?

Many complaints on the net about this.
I'd suggest Apple should be complained to about it.
If it's less than a month old you could ask O2 to replace it for you to see if you have a dodgy phone, or you could try a new sim and check for any network issues here too http://status.o2.co.uk/

Poor browsing speeds may be down to your data bolt on which could have b.s.changed when you upgraded. Check the apn. If it's set to idata.o2.co.I'm then try changing to mobile.o2.co.I'm

This will show you have the incorrect bolt on if browsing is ok  and you will need to call customer service to get the correct bolt on.

Sounds like you got a dud phone that needs checking out by Apple not O2 repairs

Not noticed issues on my Xs very happy if you have an apple store handy make a genius appointment and get it looked at

Did a few tests today in London 

poor ones embankment near Houses of Parliament others in the city and Chelsea think my Xs is ok Wi-Fi was free o2 city of Westminster note back in somerset now 1bar 4g @Adrian23Sources online say to try a reset network settings to see if that resolves it
