iPhone 5c

Hey I've just got a new iPhone 5c to replace my old iPhone 4 but whenever someone sends me a picture either by text or iMessage it comes up with a download image saying the download has completed but I still cannot view the photo. Is there some kind of setting I need to change to allow pictures to come up?
Thanks

Have you data turned on in settings mobile, mobile data and mms turned on in the settings,

Settings,messages, mms messaging.

You may also need to ring Cs to hsve your account provisioned for mms.

In the meantime you should be able to view them here http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2/picturemessages

This happens with iMessage as well as SMS ?
Strange as iMessage does not require any special settings or provisions. Just make sure iMessage is showing as activated OK and that you have your phone number entered correctly.

If you used an iCloud back up to put all your data on the 5c then the settings should have uploaded too.

It's best to check as MI5 states.
