Solved: iPhone 11 roaming switch on

Hi....I just arrived to Netherlands and the roaming is not working....despiste I switched the roaming on....what can I do?

Is nothing working or just no data?

If it's only data, change your apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

If nothing, contact customer service as above.

@Fer You need to speak to customer service to have your roaming enabled.

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and SupportUse Skype to call. Try 0800 977 7337 first. Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to.
