Bought new iPhone from O2 on 1st April

 

Gave PAC code in store (from EE). Port confirmed via text on the 3rd April at 5:30pm.

 

Able to text on my number from this phone but not iMessage. Says activation unsuccessful.

 

Tried so far:

 

turned phone off and on.

imessage and FaceTime off, turn phone off and on then turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.

Try resetting your network settings but it has been known to take a week or so for the number to update on Apples servers.

Unfortunately it's just gonna take time @AM929292 

It will come online when your number is updated on all servers - not something that anyone can influence.
