is there any way i can get my apple details before the time they say because i was told yesterday (04/11/2022) that it would be today (05/11/2022) then i looked at my emails and its now given me the 25/11/2022 but i cant wait that long because im expecting calls from the hospitals because im registered as disabled all this is because my phone was turned on still and need to turn it off is there anything i can do or can someone help im just so stuck on what else to do we have even given apple my daughters phone number but she has nothing all please someone tell me on what i can do
