How do I set up Wi-fi calling on an iPhone X with iOS 14.3? Do I need to change any setting in My O2 as well?

Once O2 have enabled it on your account you need to turn it on in your MyO2:

But, it doesn't work on PAYG.

It's only for monthly contracts and I think you are PAYG?
