What is the point of o2 Priority?

what is the point of o2 priority?

 

It makes an offer, then when you try to get to it from the website, that idiotic two-step process of "we'll send you a code" comes up. 

 

I'd sure love to know where those codes go, because its not at my phone. Its a total waste of time.

 

If you cant be bothered to make it work or do something useful like add fingerprint ID, then get rid of it and save whoevers salary money's being wasted on...

Yes and they never give 'Priority' to long time members. Concert tickets in particular. Snapped up and then you see them on Ebay. Evil

Yes there was a lot of that particularly with those Star Wars type offers? Also seen on Fleabay!
