Visual Voice Mail after iOS 11 not working

I have tried everything mentioned, hard reboot, turn of Wifi, and loads of other suggestions but to no avail. Any ideas?

As @Anonymous and @Cleoriff said, we have seen some users with the same problem and they could fix it following @Chris_K suggestion here:
