I have recently upgraded to the I phone XR from the I phone 8 which I was on contract with, my contract with the I phone 8 ends in November this year but I had the option to upgrade now so I did and o2 said ‘ upgrade now and we’ll pay off the remaining of your existing contract’ which meant to me that they would pay off the rest of the I phone 8 and I would just start to pay for the I phone XR contract, but on my O2 it’s showing that I’m paying for two contracts, will this continue or will I only be starting to pay for the phone I have upgraded to

Does it show 2 different numbers? if you have upgraded then it should only show the new iphone and the 8 should be paid off.

If you chose the UPGRADE option this shouldn't have happened.

You need to speak to CS on any of the numbers in this guide.

NB, My O2 may be running slowly. Turn your phone on and off and see if it's any different.
