Does anyone know the reset key to unlock iPhone 5c to factory settings?

It's the passcode that the owner has previously set to unlock the screen etc.

If you have forgotten it you can erase everything this way but all data will be lost forever

If your data was backed up previously then you can load up the back up via iTunes on pc once the current settings are all erased as mentioned by @MI5
