I have followed all the advice and even tried to follow instrucyions for setting un Visual Voicemail since cannot find recomended Bolt on

You need to call CS

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Ask customer service to add the iData bolt on for iPhone to your account.
