I have an iphone 12 pro. I have been going round and round and round o2 'help' and no guidance is available. How do I transfer the number on my sim to my phone's eSim so I can use a second number on a new physical sim.
Please don't give me a link to the help section of o2 website as there is nothing there.

The easiest option is open live chat and tell them. They responded with this:
"I can order an eSIM to your account address only and this will arrive in 1-3 working days. Alternatively you can obtain an eSIM from you local O2 Retail Store..."
They confirmed number and a other few security questions. I only ordered my sim today as well.
