There doesn't seem to be any way of ringing o2. The virtual assistant doesn't understand the question and messaging o2 on Facebook brought no response.

ANY IDEAS?

The latest iOS system is not compatible with O2's unique way of registering if messages have been sent or received.

You need to start all sms messages with *0# to get an accurate delivery report.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

No they won't.

They haven't fixed delivery reports since 1985 so unlikely to now.
