My new SIM arrived after I lost my previous phone but the mobile data wouldn’t work so rang 202, rep told me I need another new sim, when that sim arrived it wouldn’t recognise the serial number so rang 202 again and got into a bit of a complication with the rep who just would not listen to me or answer questions, a really bad attitude, the end result was she hung up and cancelled my SIM card, as soon as she was gone my phone said no service and a pop up said o2 has terminated 4G calls on this account
so now I cannot ring 202 or order a new SIM card from myo2 as it need a confirmation code to confirm the order
yes I’m pretty angry, I’ve had no working phone for almost 2 weeks now
any ideas what needs to be done?
